Learn how to Navigate Assets page

After successfully running a scan on a target, you can see a list of assets under Attack Surface>Assets.

List of assets

  1. Identifier - Gives you the names of the assets discovered during the surface scan.

  2. Tags - Gives information about the tag that an asset belongs to.

  3. Last detected - You can choose the order in which these assets are displayed by arranging them in the order of when they were detected. Click on the column title to sort in ascending/descending order.

  4. Exposure Health Grade- Reflects the asset’s Cyber exposure health with the help of grades- A to F. ‘A’ indicates minimal exposure whereas ‘F’ indicates that the asset is under high risk of a breach.

Search

In the overview section, you can search for specific assets. Click search and enter any keyword to search for

  1. Asset name

  2. IP Address

  3. Domains

Filters

Select Targets

In case you have multiple targets, you can filter them to get target-specific results using this feature.

Click Select Target to choose the target you wish to filter for.

Select Tags

If you have already created a tag under Business Units, Environments or Custom tags, you will be able to choose them for the filtration of assets.

In case you have not created a tag before, Follow the following steps to do so-

  1. Create a custom tag under - Business, Environments or Tags.

  2. Select the assets you want to organize under this custom tag.

  3. You can now filter tags.

Asset Type

This filter allows you to select a particular asset type and view the results for it. You can choose from the three pre-specified options - Domain, Sub-domain and Certificate.

Asset Subtype

This feature allows you to further specify the assets subtype you wish to know about. You have the option to choose from- IPv4, IPv6, Root and Subdomain.

Once you have selected the necessary filters, you can see the respective results.

Note - In case you have not selected any filter, you will be shown all the information about all the assets.

Sort

Horizon also gives you an option to easily navigate the assets page by sorting columns. You can sort the Last Detected column.

Click on Last Detected in the column title to sort by date in ascending order; earliest date first. Click again to sort by descending order.

Activity Log

Horizon helps you keep track of user activity in the activity log. Scroll below the List of Targets to find the activity section. Select Choose Activity Date Range for a custom date range.
